6. We can send you the letter, photos, references, application form with all contacts, medical report and police record of every Au Pair from our database.

7. We are organizing everything for Au Pair’s arrival to the host family – arranging the visa, booking the tickets, informing host families about the place, date and time of the Au Pair's arrival.

8. According to your desire we organize telephone interview or correspondence per e-mail with your future Au Pair.

9. We provide our Au Pairs with the phone numbers of other girls which work in the nearest areas. Your Au Pair will not fill herself alone.

10. The Legislation regarding the program is changing constantly. We are constantly monitoring the changes and you will get an objective and detailed information as for the Au pair program, the procedure of placement and visa getting for participating in the program.

11. In case of occurrence of problems in mutual relations between family and Au Pair, we replace the girl in new family during the next 2 weeks or we organize her departure home.

12. Au Pairs from Ukraine and Russia are very hardworking, responsible, accurate and creative. They take care of the children very well and most of the families are very pleased with our Au Pairs.
