Hello dear Family!

I am looking forward to get a meet with you as soon as it possible, because I am very interested in the culture of your country and I want to know more about the traditions of your country.

My name is Iryna, I’m from Ukraine. I am 24. I live in a large and friendly family: my mother, father-in-law and two brothers.

My mother’s name is Natalia, she is 43 and she works at the enterprise, she is a quality deputy director. The name of my father-in-law is Vitaliy and he is a businessman. My elder brother Sergey, he is 26, is very talented and creative person. A few years ago he created a musical group and he is independently write lyrics and music to them. He often travels to perform with his musical group to different cities of Ukraine. My younger brother Roma is 18 and he is a student, he will be an economist in the future. He also enjoys painting and cycling. We are friendly and happy family, we have very good relationships, always support each other in everything. Every weekend we go together to the cinema or for a walk in the park.

I have many interests. I like to read books, most of all I like to read historical novels and books on psychology. Also I like to listen to the music and play football. Several times a month me and the friends of mine go to the stadium to play football. It is very funny. I have many friends. Often we go to the cinema together or go fishing.

I think that au-pair programme is appropriate for me, because, I love kids and it is a great pleasure for me to work with them. I think it would be a good practice for me in the future. Also I want to learn English, to get to know with a new culture and to find new friends.

I have experience of babysitting. I worked as a nurse. I nursed two children: the girl, named Dasha, she was 6 at that time, and her younger brother Nikita, he was 4. It was very enjoyable and interesting to spend my time with them. I took Dasha to her school, and in the evening I helped her with her lessons. With Nikita I played different plays, I taught him to read, write and count. We taught different poems and songs and read many

fairy-tales. When the weather was good, we always went out.

I love children very much, because I have a good connection with them. I think that every child needs an individual approach, because all children are different. It is necessary in an early age to teach a child the basis of morality and responsibility. I want to be a teacher of English in the future, and I think that this programme will be a great experience for me and will help me in raising my own children.
