Hello, my host
family! My name is Evgenia Kozlova, I am 21 years old. I have
graduated from Saratov Teacher Training Institute this July. I live
with my family which is not very large. It consists of my mother-
Nataly, my father-Ivan and my younger sister-Irina, who is 8 years
younger than me. My mother and I keep our house well. As mother works
hard I try to tidy up and cook dinner for all the members, to
gather all together at table in the evening and while eating , speak
about the events of the day. My family is very important for me,
because it is the only place where you’ll be listened to and
understood. Your family always supports you and will give you an
advice if it is necessary.
Almost
every summer and winter we try to visit our relatives who live in
Kazakhstan. There live my nephews
with whom I like to spend my time together: Iliya (6 years old),
Maksim (4 years) and Artem who is 14 years old. There are so many
things we can do during the summer vacations! Usually we fish, go
camping, help grandparents in the vegetable garden or boat. During
the winter time we prefer to ski, sleighorplay
at snowballs. It is so wonderful to have such nephews. I become so
happy when I see their smiles. It is the best present for me.
When
I have spare time I prefer to spend it with my friends or to spend
my time on one of my numerous hobbies such as reading, dancing,
writing, drawing or working with polymer clay.
As for my child care
experience I can assure that I have enough experience to work with
your child or children. I have already mentioned my nephews and my
sister but I also worked as a babysitter for 5years old boy Vovaand
2,5years old girl Natasha and Pasha’snanny (Pasha was a 2 year old
boy when I worked in his family). In both cases I did always the
same: entertain children by playing with them and developing their
skills, walking, feeding, bathing or teaching writing and reading as
in Vova’s case. In addition, 2 years ago in summer I worked as a
leader for group of children of 7-12 years old in Zerkal’niy camp.
Every day began with physical exercises because it is veryhealthy.
The other part of the day we went to the river, walk in the forest,
played outdoor or indoor games, painted posters and thought of the
evening events. Evening time was the most interesting as we sang
sitting around the fire, took part in different shows, participated
in competitions and performances, told legends and danced on disco.
Everyone was very happy!
I want to work as an
Au Pair in Denmark because I love children and like to spend time
with them (it is also a reason why I have chosen the profession of
the teacher). I also think that it is a good opportunity to know more
about culture and traditions of Denmark and its citizens, to develop
language skill, to receive a wonderful experience which will help me
in my work and future life.
I wish my dream will
come true and I’ll find family in Denmark which will become my
second family!
